Digital Fairytail: An evaluation of our Society in the Era of Social Media
This was a two-semester course that focused on how emerging technologies have disrupted society and our behavior. With other students, I analyzed the history, effects, and implications of relatively new social media platforms, smartphones, and digitalization in general. This course covered in depth one of the main attributors of internationalization, which is the internet, and explained several ways I can take advantage of the unlimited potential of certain digital products. The purpose of this course was to teach students how to think strategically to create the next disruptive innovation.

Introduction to Marketing
This was an introductory course that described the complexity of marketing. Globalization is changing the way people consume and sell products, and it has greatly influenced the marketing sector. We also studied several companies that entered the global market, and how the strategies used were successful or not. The purpose of this course was to introduce the scope of marketing, and explain how it has evolved, and will continue to evolve, due to internationalization.

International Financial Management
This was an advanced course about financial management across borders. Companies that engage in international business must consider other financial risks such as currency exchange, payment methods between countries with different legal/economic systems, and purchasing power parity. The purpose of this course was to evaluate the financial landscape of companies, regardless or size, that engage in international business.
